How do I get started?
First, talk with our sales team to select the right plan for your needs.
Once contracts are reviewed and complete, we will plan and host a kickoff call with stakeholders. The Path to Agility Account Team will set up your company’s Navigator account and the initial user list, discuss the next steps including support and Practitioner certifications, and answer any other high-level questions.
The Path to Agility Account team will schedule a follow-up to ensure everything is set up correctly, answer admin questions, and give a walkthrough with customer power users
Is my data secure?
You won’t need to put any highly sensitive data into Navigator, but we know how important it is to keep all confidential business information protected.
Path to Agility follows industry best practices starting with authorization/authentication all the way through data encryption to keep your data safe.
Do I need training or certification to use Navigator?
All our annual plans include Path to Agility Practitioner certification. Your internal coach can attend our one-day certification workshop to learn about Path to Agility and to be licensed to use it in your organization.
